Breathwork is a powerful healing tool using music-driven rhythmic breathing to dislodge blocked energy & rebalance the chakras. It will be accompanied by Reiki energy healing.
Practicing in a group setting brings a powerful collective healing energy and eases deep liberation.
This breathing technique is very powerful and not recommended for:

-People with heart conditions -People with psychological vulnerabilities -
-People who have recently undergone surgery
It is best to avoid drinking or eating 3-4 hours before the session. Plan some quiet time after the session to process the effects of the breathwork and drink lots of water.
